If you are not happy with your purchase and one of our products, you may return the items within 7 days for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will email you once your return has been processed. About fonts download and digital items
We require a short wait on first time customers. This could take 1 hour, and 48 hours or longer during weekends or holidays. This is a one time only process, and once your order and account is approved, all future orders are ready instantly with no wait. We understand everyone is in a hurry to get the files, but please be patient while we process your details. When your account/download is approved you will be emailed that the process is complete.

Download
Downloads expire 15 days after the purchase. We strongly suggest you make the proper backups of your files after you have downloaded them.


Refunds and refunds with digital items
The request for the refund is received within 7 days of the date of purchase. We cannot offer any refunds on digital items and fonts. All sales are final.


Licences
If you have purchased 1 license, you may use this font on a maximum of 5 computers. To use this font on additionnal computers please purchase a new licence on our web site at shop.mostardesign.com.
